The DCC combines a solid carbide drill body with a spring-loaded, SNAP-technology chamfering blade. As the tool feeds forward, it drills the bore and cuts the front chamfer; a control bolt resets the blade so it cuts the back chamfer on exit — all in one continuous cycle.
